Costs & Policies The fee includes absolutely everything to create the perfect ceremony for you and to ensure it is as stress free as possible. There are no hidden costs for rehearsals or changes to your ceremony. Standard Wedding Ceremony: This includes: * two meetings in person plus an unlimited number of emails and phone, * a unique and fully personalised ceremony based on you needs, * supply of a full ceremony run-sheet, * travel by Celebrant up to 50 km round trip, * attendance by Celebrant at a rehearsal, if required, * PA system, if required, * performing the ceremony according to mutually agreed plans, * your Presentation Certificate, * a copy of your ceremony as a keepsake. Deposit A deposit of $200.00 confirms your booking and is non-refundable. The balance of the fee is due 30 days prior to your ceremony. Payments may be made by cash, bank transfer or cheque. Additional charges apply for: * Excess travel ($25 for 50 - 100km round trip; $1 km for each km over 100km) * Should flights and accommodation be required, the cost will be to the client. * Other special requirements, as agreed. Refund Policy The deposit is non-refundable. Where the fee has been paid in full and you cancel at least 14 days before the scheduled ceremony, the fee (less deposit) will be refunded. Refunds for cancellations on less than 30 days notice will be at my discretion. Limitation of Liability Venita Manning's liability in connection with the provision of celebrancy services will, to the maximum extent permitted by law, be limited to an amount equal to the full amount of the fee paid for the celebrancy services. Venita Manning will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, economic, or consequential cost, loss or damage, suffered or incurred as a result of her acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise.
